Dear all,

I'm a biginner in flyfishing and want to know your opinion.

I'm looking for a # 4 rod, no expensive, and in Argentina are this kind of offer
Echo Clasic
Redington RS3
Redington RS4
Sage Launch.
Scott SAS (*)

(*) It's an old rod but I some flyfiherman recomend me...

I'd like to know what kind of road you can suggest me.

I like most all of Scott's stuff quite well, but not the older SAS rods.

That ECHO is a 8' rod, which I don't think of as ideal for general trout fishing. The 9' 5wt Echo Classic is a great one for that though.

Hi Angel,

I agree with Cliff. The Echo Classic would be a good choice.

Cliff, how do you know the Echo Classic #4 is 8 feet?

I fished one a guide had for me. The 8' used to be their only...

WHOOPS! I just checked their site, and they now have a 9' 4wt Classic as well. Tim Rajeff's Echo Fly Rods and Reels Good call out Frank.
