I found this animated knot tying site a few years back that has been very beneficial over the years, and the viewer has full control over the speed of the process, as well as forward and back up, you can actually start slow and then speed up the process as you get more comfortable, a great way to learn. They also have a wide variety of various knots, its just knot for fishing..LOL
