A little confusion...dangling pronouns kind of confusion. I don't have a Mcfarland...I put the two reel on same one of my rods, not the "Same" rod from the previous post.

I've been getting alot of emails about the new Xa rod. These are the weights are are going to make first. We have received alot of requests for 10' rods. The Xa rod was specifically designed as an all purpose rod that outperforms anything else in its price range! The med-fast action is well suited to anything from fishing dry flies, streamers, and nymph setups.

The first run will include the following sizes:

Line Weight & Models
3wt - 6'.6", 7'.6", 10'
4wt - 8'6", 10'
5wt - 8'6", 9' , 10'
6wt - 9'

Fighting butt models:
6wt - 10'
7wt - 9', 10'
8wt - 9', 10'
9wt - 9'

The 5wt in this sereis is right at 3oz. The price range of the sereis will be $190 to $220.
