Welcome to the forum.

Here are some suggestions based on how you want your rod to load. From what I understand, the Imperial has a quicker action (somewhere medium fast to fast).

Cast off the tip
Rio Gold
Scientific Anglers Mastery Trout, Sharkskin Ultimate Trout Taper

Cast further down the blank
Rio Grand
Scientific Anglers Mastery GPX, Textured GPX, Sharkskin GPX

For a good bang for the buck, I'd check out a Cabela's fly line. Other than that, I think it's hard to go wrong with buying a fly line these days. To me is getting one with the right weight for your puprose. Most fly lines are a little heavy to suit today's faster rods. If you don't want to slow down your rod, I'd look for a line that's not a half weight heavy.

You'll probably have to call fly line manufacturers to get the info.

Also, I like a low memory line. For my 4-weight, I love my Sylk line.

The "Rio Gold" works well on that rod and also the "Cortland 444sl wf5f" line works. The Cortland Precision trout wt forward should also do well on the Imperial rod. I would guess there are others too, but I've just not fished with them.

The Mastery Textured GPX would be my #1 suggestion.
