furled leaders?
 
can furled leaders be used for wet flies,streamers etc. or are they basicly designed for dry flies

Absolutely they can! I use a furled leader made of flourocarbon exclusively for streamers. The one I use has a small swivel on the end to keep it from twisting too much.

Use flouro tippet. You can use Mono, but flouro sinks.
