Good question ?
Size F would be a level 4 and by the description; "Flexable - Durable", my guess would be that it's coated nylon.

Thanks Rip...was sure you would help the guy sells it for a 4 ...do you think it's nylon coated with silk?hope I can find someone who's used this kind of line

I'm not positive, but I don't think that it's silk..... braided nylon is my best guess.

If the guy is willing to put a match to it..... silk will burn..... nylon will melt
