Default Re: Cabela's Prestige Plus Line

Even though no one responded to this post, I went ahead and bought some WF5F Prestige Plus Line, if only because it was on sale at the local Cabela's for $20.

I am a novice and have never used top end line so I can't say how the Cabela's line would compare to the $60+ lines on the market. However, it does compare favorably with the Orvis line that I have been using. Actually, I think it is better.

I read a post on another forum that said that Prestige Plus is supplied to Cabela's by Scientific Angler and is an older version of Mastery GPX. I don't know if this is accurate information but if it is, Prestige Plus would have to rank as one of the best buys in fly lines.
