Feather Craft, 1-800-963-0324 has them. Page 22 of the 2011 catalog. Item #GS001 for 0-4 wt, #GS002 for 5-6 wt. $8.95 for a ten pack.

Disclaimer: other than the fact that I shop there from time to time, I have no association with Feather Craft.

Hope this helps.

Chris

for the rings, my local mom and pop bait shop has them on hand in 3 sizes. you can also shorb loop the tippet end but i prefer the little metal ring.

I bought some off ebay:

ebay link

~$3 plus ~$3 shipping for 25. I can attest that these 2mm rings are SMALL.

There are other vendors on ebay as well. I have no affiliation with the above vendor other than as a customer. I just received the product and haven't used it yet so I can't attest to it's quality either.

That said, they look like small metal rings so from a quality perspective, I think that's a pass and they arrived promptly.

Having said all of that, my experience is that making the leaders is relatively easy once you've built the jig. It can be a pain in the butt as doing the initial twist can end up snapping your thread/mono if you aren't careful. If you only plan on using a couple, it might be better to buy from someone rather than making your own.

I've now made a couple for fishing buddies so it was worth it for me to make the jig and my own furled leaders (I figured my break even was somewhere around a half dozen leaders). Still waiting for the thaw and season opener up here before I cast them but they're definitely up there on the cool side.

Kai.
