Nail Knot vs. Albright Knot

What is the recommended best knot to connect the fly line to the backing - a nail knot or an albright knot? and why is it better? Thanks,

I like a loop2loop connection myself
Makes it easier to swap out the lines when needed
I use a double whipped loop on the line butt and a Bimini twist or doubled surgeons in the backing
