Add a few wraps of lead substitute wire if desired directly behind bead. Tie in chartreuse thread and work to rear of hook and halfway down bend to form tag. Wind back up bend to shank directly above barb. Tie in brown rooster fibers on each side to form two tails. Tie in rib and leave extending to rear of hook. Form body with thread. Counter wrap rib (by going in opposite direction you used to wrap thread body) up shank in open turns. Tie in 2-3 strands of peacock herl, twist to form a herl "rope" and wind 2 turns directly behind bead.
