Materials listed in order of tie in:
Hook	2xl curved nymph hook Tiemco 2302 size 12 here
Bead	Gold 3/16"
Weight	Optional, add a few turns of nontoxic wire directly behind bead
Thread	Chartreuse 6/0
Tag	Wrap chartreuse working thread halfway down bend and return to top of shank above barb
Tail	Several brown barbs from rooster cape or saddle feather tied in on each side of hook, forming two tails. Brown goose or turkey biots could also be used here.
Rib	Fine silver wire
Body	Chartreuse working thread
Thorax	Peacock herl
Special tying notes	Slip bead over point of hook small hole first and slide up to eye. Add a few wraps of lead substitute wire if desired directly behind bead. Tie in chartreuse thread and work to rear of hook and halfway down bend to form tag. Wind back up bend to shank directly above barb. Tie in brown rooster fibers on each side to form two tails. Tie in rib and leave extending to rear of hook. Form body with thread. Counter wrap rib (by going in opposite direction you used to wrap thread body) up shank in open turns. Tie in 2-3 strands of peacock herl, twist to form a herl "rope" and wind 2 turns directly behind bead. Tie off and whip finish directly behind bead.
