That may be just what I need for my 7'3" 2wt. I was going to get the finesse rod too but my shop had an Echo in stock and gave me a good deal on it. Think I will get made fun of on the river with a TFO reel on an Echo rod?

Here are some terrible pictures of my new Billy Pate Bonefish taken with my cellphone.

Used and in great operating condition which is all that matters to me, granted the aesthetics are not the best. Oh well, if it works, I'm good with that.

No more than folks get teased for putting a Sage reel on a non-Sage rod.

I love my BVK III reel. I have mine mounted on an 8wt BVK rod.

Eh, I least I will know what everyone is snickering about! Haha. Luckily when I get a shorter 2wt it will most likely be TFO.

A few more Super 11's and a pretty awesome Super 9(the finish looks like it was made for the TFO Ticr2 Mini Mag I have it mounted to). I have gotten rid of all my other reels and now have only Abels, I moved my super 8's to my 8wt rods and have 9's and 11's on my 9-10wt rods. I think I'm done rebuilding my line up, and I'm pretty happy with what I have.
