The only thing it says on it is beaverkill by the handle and on the bottom has 60 on i don't think its rubber sounds like metal

Did you get that at the flea market as well ?
You may just have something there.

I found this one for sale at Angling Artifacts

Don't kid yourself that it's worth that much, it's not.
It's hard to tell much from your pictures. The age, what it's made of, the condition, or whether it's been refinished. But I'd say the value is more like $75. $150 tops
