Default Re: Reel Seat came loose! NEED TO FISH!

Just take your time lining up the reel seat with the guides, otherwise your reel will be at a different angle than your guides. When I epoxy a seat on a new rod I take some time to stick a bit of tape on the bottom of the grip that is lined up right with the guides, then put a small piece on the middle of the seat so I can line them up right.
