Default help me pick a reel

well im in the market for a 8wt reel it will be used for fresh and saltwater. and i decided to pair it with a sage vantage rod. so what reel would be good for both fresh water and saltwater? lamson guru? or should i get the sage 2080 reel? any suggestion would sure help me out! thanks

All I could find were the extra spools. Maybe they sold out of the reels? Some other pretty deep discounts on stuff though, like Climax 4x tippet @ .50 a spool.

Theres a ton of good reels out there these days, for that rod I'd suggest the Sage 4200, but all in all make sure you pick up a reel with a sealed drag system to keep out the sand, good luck!

Damn I didnt realize that Nautilus had a reel in that price range, thats pretty sweet. Maybe I will own one someday sooner then I thought.
