Hey, thanks William. That was really great to see!

I've never seen that before, but have always been curious about the machinery.

I noticed that when the operator went to remove and install the new Chuck, he did it with a single hand.

Hi Bill.
Even though the Reels are made in The US I noticed The Machine in The 2nd Video is made in China.
The Technology has been around for years,we had a Swiss Jig Borer in 1966 which would do all the similiar work,however it was before The Highly Sophisticated Computer Gear was available & worked from a Punch Tape System,.
Like everything else it had to be programmed & we were always finding Faults in the Programming which caused the wrong positioning which we would have to manually correct.
Also I noticed The Bauer M1 Reel I have has Cork Drag Material.
