Default Who makes a good click and pawl reel

I am looking for a click and pawl reel. I am trying to keep it under $100. I will be using it for bass fishing out of my kayak. Thanks for any help.

I believe that the vintage Orvis reels are nicely done click and pawls. I'm not an expert so I'll stick to the sidelines. I'm sure some one here is an aficianado in click and pawls.

There are plenty Click pawl reels under a hundred bucks, but the one that really comes to mind is the Redington Drift.

Those Cortland Retros look really nice and I have read good things about them... There's always the old tried and true Pflueger Medalist.. you'll have to look on ebay for them though

I know that orvis has a new Battenkill II machined click and pawl reel coming out in January. I can't remember the exact price but I know it's below 100.

They are nice reels but they're designed for light lines. Probably too small for bass fishing.

I have the old Orvis Battenkill. Now called the BBS (battenkill bar stock), they are still under $100 and I imagine still a quality piece.

Otherwise, that Reddington is a nice looking reel.
