I must admit they look good and the Lightness of the Reels will be a good match for light Rods.
The matter that its made in Korea or China is up to each one of us if we buy it or not due to this matter. If it does put you off buying it then look towards Islander Reels the IR1 & IR2 . They are a bit more expensive.

I think for the money the Orvis is a good buy with Great Customer Service.

Islanders Customer Service is Good too.

Quite correct, same idea as the Abel Creek, personally I wish they had just left the old BBS as it was.
