That's right, I forgot they had one for under 100. Used my Trout reel this past week and it's a great reel.
I never saw anything close to him asking for anyone to "shop" for him.The LL Bean Pocket Water reel is the cheapest I can think of,
but really, why should we do the shopping for you?

Not trying to argue, and not that bothered, but that was my first thought.
I highly recommend the allen reels..........and also, they are a forum sponsor......with great customer service!!!... Something to consider......
Konic isn't machined. May or may not matter to some (I have one and like it), but he asked about machined.I would have to recommend a lamson konic. Cheap and has a smooth drag.
Has anyone in his forum used the Clark reels? Seem real inexpensive for what they are appearing to offer.
