Default Giving Batson some props...

I recently had an unfortunate accident, some folks would say dumb mistake ... ; with the switch rod I built last year. I called Batson to see if it would be possible to get a replacement section. John in customer service listened as I told him what happened and told me to send the rod in so they could get me a suitable replacement. When I got home from work yesterday I had an E-Mail waiting for me from John telling me they had a replacement section and thanking me for being honest with them about what happened to my rod. Total cost for me was $20.00, needless to say I was a very happy camper. Thanks John and Batson, you just sold me and a number of my friends on doing business with you in the future.

Dan

Dan: Great to hear that they will stand by their product like that, that says a lot about the direction they want to take with their customer service!

My last three builds have been with Batson RX8 blanks and I could not be happier. For any customer service issues, nothing beats working with a small family business.

Hi Dan

The old adage "Honesty is the best policy" still applies. Good on ya!
