Yeah, ain't it grand? 6-8" on the coastline, 10-12 inland. Mother nature has a wicked sense of humor...

Family in Leonardo/Atlantic Highlands said they just ended up with a light dusting. It'll be gone over the weekend though with the forecast I saw.

Samething in Staten Island, 3" come in south and went through the middle of the state. The locust should be next...

Funny you say that, one summer in Leonardo the entire wet side was inundated with toads!

I was bored the past few days so I cranked out another one. This is a 7'11 4wt. Its basically a Leonard Letort 40 with the butt missing one inch and configured for 3pcs. I don't yet have any hardware for it, I still nedd ferrules, seat, guides and a tip top.

Got hit with some drama, as per the norm during the Silly Season but I managed to wrap up the butt section today. Still undecided as to add the floating tip. I won't be sure till I get the tip section wrapped.

Yeah I know, I shouldn't be doing the signatures myself! What can I say I'm a lefty!

With the guide feet being so small after dressing them a floater might not look to bad

Gotta love the all business look of Mildrum strippers

After some much needed sleep I'll wrap the tip section and sneak in a few 5 turn floating tips to see how the overall look will end up and begin the varnishing!
