Default Ordering Problem

Hi to all,

This was a first time post from a member who had a problem with "www.johnnyspond.com."

I have deleted his comments since he is apparently going around on Forums trashing this vendor. His problem is probably genuine but we don't know both sides of the story. His story sounded very familiar to another post we had in the past. If this information had came from a regular member than I may have handled the post differently. If anyone shops with this site and has some comments I would like to hear them.

Orerockon, if you want to post and become a member of this forum you are more than welcome. Please don't post on this subject again.

Frank

I've bought from Jonny's Pond and never had a problem.

That's all well and good, I was relating my experience. They lied more than once about having sent the order, and that is inexcusable.

Inexcusable? You've never told a lie or fib?

Does anyone have a way to contact Johnny's Pond? Is it even in business? I've been trying thier website number for a week now and it is always busy. The other phone number I found on the internet is not working either. Just wondering if anyone else has a different number than the one listed on the website. Thanks

I believe they are out of business. Their Web site is now gone and all numbers have been disconnected. I did find one number you can try (270) 444-2163. I think this is his home phone.
