Default Difference between Scott SAS, A2, A3?

I used to own an SAS 8'6" 5wt and loved it, but I had to sell it years ago when I was broke. Now I'm trying to get my hands on one again, or one like it, and I'm wondering how the A2 and A3 compare...

From info I gotten from a fly shop owner, they are pretty much all the same rod. The SAS was just there older model, like The SVS was ther older model of the V2 series. Nothing different between the A2 and A3 other then cosmetics, I own 2 A2's and like them both alot,Im sure your be happy with one.

They've gotten a bit lighter and faster over time, but have remained a very functional rod and a great value.
