Default Echo Edge salt

Anyone toss one? Cant find a dealer round here, but keep hearing there killer. Ive got a credit at a online shop. I hate to buy without trying it out, but its my situation. Could get a TFO BVK for the same dollar. I need a 7 wt for sinking lines and big streamers. I have thrown the TFO and its pretty nice, but I Have really liked the echos I have had a chance to throw. Any opinions would be helpful

Just Ordered one today. That 84 looks real nice. If the 9 footer is as sweet as I bet it is ill put a 84 in the arsenal as a boat rod. I bet that thing is perfection dotting shore lines. Rajeff is a trustworthy name, Im pumped for it to show up in the mail. Let me know how it throws

I have no experience with the Edge but the ECHO3 is a terrific rod. I love the 9'/#6 and have fished the 9-weight version as well. Tim Rajeff designs and builds rods for people who love to cast.

Ive cast the Ion and for the buck that thing is pretty amazing. Powerful to say the least. But All I hear about right now is the 3, and All I hear as that its as good as anything built. Rajeff claims the edge has a very similar feel and action, but is just not quite as light. So well see. Im sure Im about to be stoaked.
