First, Thanks everyone for the advice!! I went and tested a few in a lawn by the shop. Brought along a few dying streamers, Cut the hooks off and casted away. I think i deceded on the ONE, i feel it had a bit more punch when i needed to fight the wind on the Upper Colorado. Now i just need to make up my mind on a reel..... Anyone have great reviews about the Ross EVO LT3, Lamson Speedster2, or theNautilis FWX 5/6.

Glad you finally found the rod you needed....don't forget that after the reel you'll need a new line

I own a Ross Evo LT though mine is the 2. Very light, well made reel for the money. No problems with mine. I've heard from guides that these are a real workhorse of a fly reel.

I will probably be no help here. I have the 390-4 ONE and I paired it with the Silver Nautilus FWX and it feels great, the reel is very nice and balances this rod well

I also own a evolution 2 and it is a great reel as well. Probably can't go wrong with either. I've read a few negatives about the Nautilus drag, but by the flip side I've read alot of great reviews on its drag as well. Since mine is on a 3wt I can only hope to need the drag someday.

It doesn't look like you're ONE has even touched water, or do you wear white inspectors gloves when you fish? JK. i do love the look of the Nautilus, one of the most aesthetically pleasing reels out there IMO, but then again the new Speedster looks pretty nice too. Ill probably take this to the "reely" appropriate thread to talk about.

Hahaha yes at the time of that photo she was still a virgin. I did get it out on the water finally this last weekend and defiled it with the slime of 5 spring time rainbows.

The speedster was in the mix for me, but ultimately I read so many good things about the Nautilus and for $60 less than the Evo or Speedster I thought why not since I already had Ross's and Lamson's
