Default Orvis Superfine 6ft 6in 2wt 1oz. 5.5

I've been looking for a shorter rod for my small stream fishing, I picked this one up new today for a decent price should be here in a week or so. This is the older model with rings instead of an uplocking reel seat, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this rod. I've got a superfine touch now that I really like, kinda wondering how this is going to compare.

Hey man,

Where you been, what is the age of the rod? It will be stamped on the butt cap. if it is pre 1986 the rod will be a little softer throughout the entire blank but still possessing a good spine when needed. It will make a superb small stream rod for you!
