Default Would this bamboo rod be worth anything?

This has been sitting in the closet for some time, its VERY old. No labeling or anything on it at all. Would it be worth anything? has 2 tips, one needs repairs and the rod itself needs some work but once fixed I figure itd be a real nice lightweight rod.

Hi,

Probably would be a nice 'Free to a good home' rod. Honestly these old sticks are not worth much these days. You would have to be a Senior member here to sell on the site also.

You might see if you could get some information on the Classic Fly Rod Forum
The Classic Fly Rod Forum

People often check with those guys about old no-name rods and sometimes they are surprised. Usually not, but still...

Normally, I'm all about that.
The guys at the Classic Forum have insight and skills far and beyond what the folks have here.
Personally I wouldn't fish a rod with intermediate wraps. Those are the spaced thread wraps that are away from the guides and furels.
To me these wraps are an indication that the manufacturer did not trust the glue that was used to cement the sections

That may very well be a Hardy, I've appraised one very much like it.
I told the guy that it really wasn't worth hanging on to.
