Default Anyone remember Pro Star rods?

Today I "found" one of my old fly rods. My dad returned it to me, as he's moving down South.

Now I know this isn't a "high end" or even "moderate end" fly rod, as I would have kept better track of it if it were, but I am curious about the company and manufacture date of this rod.

It's a Pro Star deluxe graphite 7'6" 5/6 weight rod. About the only thing I can remember about it, is that it wasn't very fun to fish with, even though I landed my first stealie with this Rod on the Root River.

The serial number ( I believe that's what it is) is 94-762.
