Fly Swap Guidelines
Hi Everyone,

We have had so many fly swaps this year I had to go in and improve the Fly Swap Guidelines. Everyone should take a look and let me know what you think. The only major change is the requirement to be a Swap Leader. A Swap Leader must have at least 100 post. There has not been any problems but we are getting more overseas participation and we have to be sure every thing runs smoothly.

Another change is Mark (peregrines) has became our Fly Swap Coordinator. The following is a summary of what the Fly Swap Coordinator will be doing.

1. Help anyone with their swap if help is needed
2. Maintain a record of contact information for the Swap Leaders.
3. Maintain a record of overseas postage to different areas. Eventually we will have a good record and can pretty well tell how much postage is required for overseas participants.
4. Run fly swaps of his own.

Thanks to Mark for helping to make our fly swaps even better.
