Saltwater Fly Swap

Salt Water Fly Swap- This swap is on hold for now

We'll set a due date when we get have folks signed up

Since folks chase all kinds of stuff in salt, how about we keep maximum size at around 2/0 or so on a saltwater hook of your choice? Because these may be a bit larger than other flies please be sure to include a puncture proof container big enough to include sticky sharp returns. Depending on how many people respond we can double up on patterns, but the goal will be to tie no more than 12 flies each.

I’m thinking a due date of December 1, 2009 (approx 2 1/2 months) should be good- let me know if that works for you too.

I'm headed down South for some warm water salt fishing in a couple of months. I'll be tying up some bonefish/permit patterns for sure and, maybe, some tarpon patterns as well. If this swap gets off the ground, then I'll join in. Would be good for me if the due date was somewhere down at the end of April; even early May.
