More Fly Swaps for 2010

That is a good idea. I'll throw this out there. I was reading the latest FFF magazine and they had a salmon fly that caught my eye called the Glo Getter by Zach Funkhouser. I did a Google search on the fly and didn't turn up anything so I did a search for the author and found his email address so I sent him an email asking if he minded sending me the pattern. He did one better by sending me a link to an article in NW Fly Fisherman magazine, Sept/Oct 2007 article he had writen on the fly and why he had developed it. It is a very interesting read and I plan to tie that fly for the current salmon fly swap. Anyway, here is the link to the article.

Larry, Are you supersizing your fish pictures before posting?

I think we should wait until the current 8 or 10 swaps get completed, then we can put the educational swap together if we have enought interest.

Dave: LMAO! That was good, but I must confess, JP is the one that taught me that trick! I agree we should wait, there are a lot of swaps going on right now and I'm sure Mark is overworked keeping everything on track.
