Well Mark, if you feel like that's enough time between the winged-wet and small streamer deadlines...I'll agree!
I'll pick a good pattern from Engle's book before I return it to the library...then find it on amazon or ask my wife to buy it for me as a x-mas gift. My daughter does enjoy it, almost as much as me!

Depending on how small you intend to go with Gnats, you can find a small bog of feathers sized for the fly and not have to splurge for the over-priced cape just yet.
