So, is the plan here for everyone to send in 24 flies not matter if the swap fills up or not? I am done with all 24 of mine...

Hold off on sending them for a while to see what Mark says. Theres still some time for it to fill up. I know on one of the other swaps we just tied up the regular 12 and all the flies were split up among the participants

What do you guys want to do-- it looks like this one isn't going to fill up with 25 swappers. Options:

1. limit it to 13 swappers , everyone ties up 12 flies and gets 12 back. As long as we're under 13 swappers ( we're now at 9), if someone wants to submit 24 flies their name will go down 2x and they'll get 2 flies from everyone back (24 total)

2 Everyone ties up 24 flies and each swapper gets back 24, with 2 duplicate flies from each of the other swappers and the remainder (if any) divided up among swappers to get to 24

Let me know if you have a preference.
