Yup.

For swaps I just go to the machine, pay and print out labels for out going and return package.

I usually do this about 5 am on my way to work.

That's a nice postal set-up you have there, Mudbug!

The Northshore of MA is certainly not a low-tech area, but here where I live we have a postmistress named "Marge" and she opens the window at 8:00AM and closes it at 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; 9:00-noon on Saturday. It's also closed from 12:30-1:30PM every day when she takes a lunch break. The only box outside the window is a FedEx drop box.

We'd probably have more postal services in a better economy, but up here the service is clearly fighting a battle against extinction and the postal staffs are pretty thin.

I have all the fly sets wrapped up and ready to hit the mail tomorrow AM; as soon as Marge opens the window..................

Hook: TMC 100 size 16
Thread: Uni-thread 6/0 in Olive Dun
Shuck: Medium dun para post material, water shed treated
Body: Olive Dun thread
Wing: Natural Deer Hair in a 180 degree fan pattern

2. Royal Coachman, hair wing - lotech_joe

Hook: #12 Mustad Dry Fly
Thread: 6/0 Uni Black
Tail: Golden Pheasant Tippet
Thorax: 3 strands of Peacock Herl roped onto the thread
Hackle: Brown Furnace Hackle
Wing: White Calf Tail, figure 8 separated
Head Cement: Griff's Thin

3. Yellow Sally - ghocevar

Hook: #18 Daiichi 1180 Dry Fly Hook
Thread: 8/0 Uni Red for butt & 8/0 Uni Lt Cahill for body
Thorax: Spirit River Rabbit Dubbing: Sulfur
Hackle: Waspi CDC: Natural Dun
Wing: Spirit River Elk Hair: Natural Brown
Head Cement: Backcountry Laboratories Hard as Hull

4. Gray Doodle (Gray Fox) - biggie_robs

Hook: #12 Tiemco 100
Thread: Lemon beige Pearsalls gossamer
Wings: Wood duck flank
Tail: Grizzly hackle barbs
Body: Homegrown Labradoodle hair
Hackle: Mix of grizzly and barred ginger

5. Brown Drake - williamhj

Hook: Daiichi #1280 size 10 2x-long dry fly (any 2x dry fly)
Thread: 8/0 dark olive uni (or brown)
Tail: Moose mane
Abdomen: Brown dry fly dubbing
Ribbing: olive gossamer silk (can use floss or 6/0 or 3/0 uni)
Wing: dun comparadun hair
Thorax: brown dry fly dubbing
Hackle: grizzly olive clipped flush on the bottom (sometimes use brown)

6. Buffalo Midge - fyshstykr

Hook: #18 light wire dry fly hook.
Body: Tan thread.
Rib: Brown thread.
Wing: White Antron.
Hackle: grizzly.

7. Bivisible Variant -wtbash

Hook: Mustad R50 in 16 or your choice
Tail: Honey Dun hackle barbs
Abdomen: sulfur superfine dubbing
Body hackle: Golden Badger three or four turns
Hackle: Grizzly

8. Royal Coachman, fanwing - s fontinalis

Hook: Kamasan B170 size 10
Wing: White Woodduck breast feathers
Tail: GP tippets
Body: Peacock Herl, red floss, Peacock herl in equal sections
Hackles: Brown dry fly hackle
