Finished my flies today and will have them in the mail tomorrow morning. Had a chance to teach 2 of my beautiful kids how to tie a Pink Weeny today after I finished mine up. My 6 year old son really was interested as well as my 11 year old daughter. Still working on my 9 year daughter. Still some hope.
Thanks,
Terry

aroostookbasser, I just got your flies today. They are BEAUTIFUL! Very interesting. I have never seen this before and I can't wait to try them.

And to all of you, as soon as Dark Knights gets here, what I plan on doing is taking a picture of each. Making a special post with those pictures, the tier and the recipe for each. This will be our reference as I am adding a toe tag to each fly so you each will know what it is.
Then my little surprise for the extra fly is, You have read the post about the Tropical Lightning Creations Nets (Gregory Walker). He also was making some beautiful fly boxes. I got his last one coming and that is what I wanted to put the flies in. Personally I would like to action it off and send Greg the money. How do you all feel about that?

Joni,
Sent mine off on Friday morning as promised. Should arrive sometime soon.

The auction is a great ideal. Might I suggest a charity organization to donate the proceeds too. Minus the cost of the box to you of course. Maybe, Cast for the Cure or Project Healing Waters. Just a thought! If not, no biggie. Of course, we would all have to agree on one option or another but you can make the official call.

I appreciate you for hosting the swap. It has been great.
Thanks,
Terry
