Davo said, "That's an easy one to answer. Taimen fishing in Mongolia!! Catching trout the size of Tarpon, what could be better? " The reply is easy for me anyway--Tarpon! Isla Holbox or even Big Pine Key during the Palalo worm hatch is as good as it gets.
Davo and mcnerney like this.

I'm fortunate enough to fish Alaska every year and it is great - in a lot of ways, not just the fishing. If you're a photographer, you need to go.

Where I really want to go is Chile. Great fishing, great scenery, great food, great wine, friendly people, and I'm sure you could buy Cuban cigars. I mean what else could you ask for?

It's an easy question for me. Patagonia. I dream about going almost every day. I've set a goal to go within the next 10 years.

If you haven't already read it, I would recommend In Patagonia by Bruce Chatwin.
And I agree, it would be a great destination.

Idaho's Henry's Fork and the rivers around Bozeman, Montana have provide me with lifetime memories. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. Many of my dreams have come true in those two locations.
