Yeah, you are. I'm always interested in what you say, but this is confusing. Can you re-state?

The guys at Big Y Fly are great. Prices are good and delivery is excellent. All of my streamers are from there, and alot of my dries.

With no local shops within an hours drive, I use blue fly cafe for just about all my flies. Good prices with good service.

OK Eric and Neil,

Read it again and see if it doesn't make more sense.

What I don't tye will usually be bought at one or more of the flyshops in my favorite town in MI, Grayling. I like to support them; and in return I get good information on what is happening.

I have three good local shops in my region although I give most of my business to one. It has a great selection of flies. I can get advice on what's working locally. Also some of the flies are locally tied that work great.

flyfisher117,
It's good to see another somewhat local person on the board, I live closer to Ogden. I get up your way occasionally to fish Oneida Narrows, and the Black Canyon. Been a while since going up to Black Canyon, very pretty place.

Welcome to the forum.

I have a great fly shop about 10 minutes from my house, so when I need to purchase flies, I purchase from them - I want to help them stay in business! When I am out of town and need info about local streams, I buy flies from the shops I visit, even when I do not need any more flies. Although I am sure that the out of town shops do not earn significant amounts of money from me like my local shop I am sure every little bit helps.
