Default Tu chapters

Sorry but as I'm new to this forum and living in england there is one term that foxes me. When I mentioned I needed someone to take me out fishing because I don't drive a well-meaning forumite suggested I contact a local TU chapter for help. A. I'm afraid I don't know what a TU Chapter is and B. I don't think they have them here in england. Two countries connected but divided by language!

Sorry about the bad advice you received earlier. It might help us all if you would modify your profile so that we can see that you live in England when replying to your posts.
