Default wader socks

I has anyone every used those socks that use a 9volt to keep your toes warm in the icey cold streams through the winter?

I have never used them personally, but I do occassionally fish with a guy and his wife uses them. She swears by them and they seem to keep her toes toasty in the chilly san juan. Just remember to change the batteries before you go.... If you havent tried them, I also know people who use the stick on "toasty toes" but I never have. Hope this helps.
