Default Fly Tying Material

Awhile back there was a post about unusual tying material. Someone mentioned a product and I made a note to look at it when I had more time. I remembered it, or at least part of it today. The material was called "Shimmer" something or other. Anyone remember the material?

Thanks,
Dan

Could you be thinking of this. I posted this same thing in another thread when someone was asking about flash material.

It's some pretty neat stuff, it makes a good nymph tail and adds a little flash to streamers. If your are planning on picking some watch your newspaper or check Joanne fabrics website because they usually have a 40-50% off one item on weekends. So that makes the stuff about $2.50 for 250 yards, about 1 cent per yard. Can't argue with that.
