Default Hardy rod serial

Hi...

I'm trying to register my new demon from hardy and can't seem to find a serial number on it...

If anyone knows where to look... I'd be happy to hear

Welcome to the forum,

If you got warranty information with it it may be on the cards somewhere. That's my best guess based on the last rod I purchased. If there is no trace then an e-mail to Hardy would be in line.

I do have a barcode on a card with bunch of numbers... But when I looked around on the net, number format seems to be Letter + 5 digits; not what I have on this card.

It's just above the rod handle, above the cork. I did see the writing before but it's so obscure and unreadable that I gave up trying to read it.
