Dr. appointment this afternoon to go over the CT scan, can't wait, just hope it is what I think it is and not what happened last time...wish me luck.

Kelly.

Oh, and here's another of the spring:

Kelly: Good luck with the doctor appointment this afternoon, would love to hear that he has cleared you to go off the crutches!

Yeah, good luck. That spring is calling your name!

Back to the topic: My favorite fishing situation is on moving water when fish are rising!

Thanks, all. Sorry to hijack the thread, not intended, but I'm pretty passionate about this special piece of water and the secrets it holds. Can't wait to get back there; oh, sorry, a little drool on the keyboard...

Kelly.

Neshaminy Creek in Pennsylvania. This section for warmwater:

And this section for trout (stocked, but they'll take a dry):

The Neshaminy stretches around 40 miles, and I could spend the next decade fishing it....

Kelly,
Get well (or give us those GS coordinates ). I don't feel your pain, but my wife does. This stuff is life altering....

Yessir, it most certainly is. My numerous surgeries have resulted in losing almost two inches in leg length on my left leg - if that's not life altering, I'm not sure what else is...

Dang Kelly, that's a rough one! Hope all goes well.
My favorite fishing situation is any where I can go. I do have to say though, yesterday evening has rank right up there in the best ones. Big Smallmouth Bass were chasing stuff around almost right up on shore. One chased a frog and I never knew a frog could jump out of the water and make time like that. It was wild. I even had a big one chase something right around me. Of course I had just bombed a cast way out there. The best part of it was that most of the Bass were just plain big and willing to hit poppers. It was so fun I'm going to do it again this evening. I saw one that was enourmous that I didn't get. Maybe today..... (One that I did get)

By the way, this was with my brand new on sale $29 Three Forks Cabella's rod. Casts really well for an El Cheapo.
