Default How is Winstons turn around time for waranty work?

Fell and broke one of my Winstons on Thursday getting out of the water. I have never used their warranty before and am curious as to how long it will take to get my rod back? Any experiences?

Understand if it's a green stick that they don't usually just yank a replacement out of stock and ship it off to you. Some of us grow attached to these inanimate chunks of plastic and cork and want the same grime on the grips that took years to get.
I (or more likely a friend I loaned it to who smacked in on rocks or with splitshot) only broke one Winston over the years and I asked that they keep the same guides that came with the rod since they no longer offer those guides. The rod came back in a couple weeks and I can honestly say I cannot tell it was ever repaired... right down to the hand painted serial numbers on the section. Just remember, good things take time. It should be a week or two unless they are overloaded with new rod orders.
All the above is for a Twin Bridges-built rod. Their import rods may well be simply swapped out. That I can't say for sure.
