Based on what I've seen on the news tonight it's going to be a while before the state and fishing recovers.

I'm from southern VT but am currently in Burlington for school so I havent witnessed the flooding first hand. I do know a lot of the places that have been hit real hard with the flooding. I am very curious to see what it has done to the Battenkill. Im just hoping that all of the restoration work that was done isnt gone. I know a lot of small brooks around my house that are normally no more than 3 feet at its deepest rose up a good 8 to 10 feet and now have a new course of flow.
