Default Warranty on Sage blanks?

I was consider buying a 590-4 Z-Axis. I seen that it was built on a blank by the fly shop. Would the rod come with a Sage warranty card even though it was built on a blank? Before I buy the rod, I want to know for sure that there is some kind of warranty. Any information you can give me on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Chase.

Sage will replace the blank. It is responsibility of the owner to get the rod rebuilt.

I would bring the broken rod to the shop to see if it will warranty it. Custom rod builders who I know will warranty the rods that they had built. All they ask is for the customer to pay the Sage handling fee.
