Default Fishing trip to Alaska

Hi guys !!

I plan to go to Alaska or Canada next year (I live in Europe).

I saw tons of informations on the Net, like rivers, Lodges, ect...

I'd like a resonable price Lodge (I don't care if it's confortable or not) "all incluse" with food, and at least one or 2 days with a fishing guide.

I'm looking for steelheads, Artic char and Artic grayline (For salmon, I don't have very strong rod, just a 9'6 7 Wt).

Any experiences ?

Thanx !!

Hi Ben,

If you would like to start an information exchange with a local here just send a PM, I will do my best to help you work something out. I live in South Central Alaska in the SuSitna River Valley. You should take a look at maps on your computer to see if this would be a good destination for you.

Ard

Yes JP I'll see with Arl.

Hi Arl, most of the lodges and rivers I saw were Kenai peninsula, Situk valley or Skeena river.

Like I said, I'd like to fish steelheads, graylines or artic chars, but salmon rules too !!

I saw this lodge

Kenai River King and Trout Package
on Kenai river.

Then Arl, I saw the map of your location; and river. Is there only salmon or rainbows and steelhead?

Thanx

Back again !!

I found 7 days trip from $1400 with guide (Fishing vacation for Alaska salmon, halibut at discount prices) on Kenai river.

Look at other lodges like Naknek, $2100 7 days guide fishing.

Any experiences?

Thancks
