Default South Bend 1122 - What is the weight?

I have an old South Bend 1122 reel that I acquired from my grandfather. It has a click and pawl drag. There are no markings to indicate the weight of the reel. Does anyone out there know? Thanks, Kenny.

Hi HELLFIGHTER5308,

Are you asking how much the reel weighs in ounces or are you asking what weight line it will hold?

Frank

What line weight would be the best or proper line for this reel?

Thanks, Kenny
