Question Steelhead Streamers

When you are tying your favorite "never miss" Steelhead
streamer what size, length & strength hook do you like to
use ?

Is there is a specific hook that never fails ?
Is it a 4X, 6X, or longer ?
Is it extra strong, or maybe the "black" hooks used
for salmon flies ?

( I had a previous thread about buying on-line hooks since
I'm having some trouble locating strong enough hooks. )

Steelhead season is starting in Michigan & I'm tying up some
extra flies to take out in the boat, but my supply of good strong
hooks in diminshing.
