Some of it does seem like a bit of a stretch, but Ralph Cutter is a legit expert in the field, so I'll be open minded about what I initially disagree with.

I think #3 is a great point. #5 is good advice as well. #7 is good, but I wish he had brought loop size into that point. #8-10 seem like wise advise to me as well. #2 is good advice as well.

I'll propose another myth: "Ralph Cutter's Myth's list applies only to trout"
