I am from San Diego and new to Fly Fishing. I would like to know some fresh water rivers, streams and lakes I can go to within the area.

Sorry, dude. This game doesn't work that way.

No conservation-minded fly fisher is gonna reveal on the internet their cherished local waters in a region with 23 million people.

Your best bet is to join a club...
