Update: I picked up (ebay score) the 444 peach DT-3-F and took the rod out on our first date yesterday. Recent heavy rains pretty much blew out the river but I did manage to find an eddy with access to get some casting in. Love the rod and the line is a good match. She casts like a whisper. (I've used the 444 peach on my 8wt for a couple of years and just can't say anything bad about the line). Thanks to all.

I actually just bought some Cortland 444 peach DT-4-F for my 4wt and I can't wait to try it out. I don't exactly need to cast a mile with the 4wt so if I like the new line as much as I think I'm going to, I'm gonna ditch the wff and stay with the DT as my go to line for the surface.

I also need to pick up a spare spool for my as yet to be determined full sink or sink tip line.
